Random things that I dont want to forget

Vitamin water (Amsterdam) - big glass jar fitted with a tap filled with ice, mint, lemon, orange and grapefriuit slices and still water. Delicious.

Chorizo/salami crisp boats with cauliflower puree and a dressing of pea shoots. (Somewhere in Poland on the way to Auschwitz) Would also be lovely with a drizzle of basil oil.

Sweetcorn on the cob simply boiled, and sprinkled with salt. Pool side in Budapest in the marina.

Cocktails: `old fashioned` `pegrino` `mai tai` `Negroni`

Iced coffee everywhere, but found in tetrapacks in supermarket (Budapest)

Doggy material apron. 

Wasabi mayonnaise - Norman liked! Surprise!

Never forget those oysters in Budva. Fresh from the sea, straight off the boat, off the harbour side, served by the gnarly hand of the fisherman. Bliss. 

Ginger tea - slices of fresh root ginger in a glass of boiling water. Honey optional.

Tapas and Sangria in Zagreb. Yep, I know tapas and sangria are Spanish and that Zagreb is the capital of Croatia, but when it works dont knock it!

Margarita (me) & Bob Marley (Norman) cocktail time in Zagreb.

Squid ink risotto with seafood in  (Croatia) - remember to get some squid ink from `fish` in Shoreham and make pasta.

Pharmacy in Sibanik - 

Me ` I need some insect repellant please?`

Pharmacy assistant `Would you like a chemical one or a herbal one?`

Me `I dont care as long as it works`

Pharmacy assistant `This one is popular, it contains natural ingredients, mint, lavender, ummm, ummmm, ........and other stuff`.

Beach bags with applique fishing boats. Simple to make, blooming expensive in Paros. Also `make more floor cushions`! Note for when I get home.

Sushi in Sofia. Prawn, avocado, cucumber. Delicious.
