Our first experience with Interailing. Simple! Just flash the barcode on the ticket to get through the barrier and get on the train. It is that easy. You just have to remember to fill in the travel log as you go. A `journey` is from departure station to arrival station.  If you have to change trains on the journey, these changes do not count. Example; Amsterdam to Rotterdam Blaak via Rotterdam Central is one journey. 

And what a delightful journey. Clean comfortable and efficient. Watching the countryside go by, windmills, farms, dykes with stocks standing guard. Lovely.
