Bit of a textbook journey. The bus headed back toward Antalya, then headed inland. We left Alanya in lovely sunshine. T shirt weather in the sun. This changed as we headed up and up into the mountains. So high, our ears were popping! The temperature plumetted and the mountains were sprinkled with snowa. Not that deep, but icy cold. Puddles were covered in ice and ponds and streams had a frozen rim. I hope we have the clothes for this! Its going to be layers I think. 

Konya is huge. Its a university city and an important cultural centre. We seem to drive through the outskirts for ages before getting to the Otogar.
